Things to do during Barn Time:

Learning independence by working with the horses through grooming, feeding, walking and working with the horses on the ground (no riding or horse experience needed)

Connect with yourself and others, while soaking up the benefits of natural horsemanship and experience the benefits of connecting with horses 

Take in the environment and nature around you by taking a walk through the fields, a hike on the trails in the woods,  or a walk down to the creek to improve the body and mind 

Relax in the hammock or by a campfire

Enjoy some fun with a game of horseshoes or frisbee

Spend some time playing or just relaxing with the dogs

Administrative Details for Barn Time

 

  • Every person on the property needs a signed waiver

  • Any persons under the age of 18 needs a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian

  • Cost is $20 per hour plus $10 per person per hour for a party of up to 4 people ($30 to $60 per hour)

What’s needed for Barn Time:

  • Closed toed shoes

  • Signed waiver

  • Weather appropriate attire (Recommended: hat, sunglasses, lightweight long sleeves and pants, gloves)

  • Sunscreen, bug spray, and a water bottle recommended

  • A smile :)
