Just Do It

Dear Dreamer,

I know you don't think you are ready. You are!! There will always be more to learn and more to improve, so get started and just do it! Once you start then it will get easier. Once you start it won't be quite so scary or intimidating or whatever the feeling is that is holding you back from doing it. Look how far you've come, and just think how far you can go!
